Bathing Guide

Fill the bathtub with warm water and place your muslin bag with herbs in it. Let the bag steep while you relax. Afterward, you can reuse the sachet. When drying off, avoid using lotion to allow the herbs to keep providing their nutrients. Remember, once in the water, the sachet will expand, so handle it gently to prevent it from opening. In case it does open, just remove the herbs before draining the bath as most will float.
