Steeping leaves & flowers

Measure out 1 tablespoon
of herbs for each cup (8 ounces) of tea you intend to prepare.

Start boiling water to at
least 200°F and place your herbs in your
teapot, infuser basket, tea ball, or any available accessory.

Pour hot water over the
herbs and steep for 5-10 minutes before removing them using your tea-making
device or a basket strainer.

Enhance the flavour with a
touch of honey or savour it as is!

(+) because you can re-steep each batch and double this number.

Herbal tea, technically speaking, is not classified as tea. It is often known as a tisane or herbal infusion since it lacks tea leaves from the camellia sinensis plant, which are used in making black, green, and white teas. With the exception of herbs like yerba maté and yaupon holly, herbal teas do not contain caffeine. Hence, most herbal teas are caffeine-free.

"Re-steep" essentially means "to steep again."

Simply repeat the steps you took to prepare your initial cup of tea. All our blends are reusable, and we suggest re-steeping to maximize the therapeutic benefits of the herbs and make the mostout of your purchase.

Before making a purchase, please review the complete ingredient
list located at the bottom of each product page and ensure you are not allergic
to any of the listed herbs.

If you do not have known allergies but are concerned about
potential adverse reactions to the blends, we suggest conducting a patch test
with the tea before consumption or starting with a very mild cup.

To conduct a patch test, follow the steeping instructions and
apply a small amount of the brewed tea on your forearm, and wait 24 hours to
check for any reactions. If a rash appears, kindly pass the tea to a friend and
refrain from consuming it.

For a mild test cup, mix 1 teaspoon of herbs per 1/2 cup of water,
steep for 5 minutes, strain out the herbs, and take a sip. Wait 5-20 minutes
before finishing the cup to monitor for any potential reactions.

When unsure, consult your doctor first, especially if you have a
history of allergies, are on medication, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any
health concerns. Prior consultation is crucial before incorporating herbal
supplements, including tea, into your routine.

Please note that as food items, we do not accept returns. In case
of any allergic or adverse reactions to the tea, seek immediate medical
attention as we are not responsible for any reactions you may experience.
